General improvements

1. Make the location of members visible on the all meeting members page, so it is easily possible to see where members are coming from - Walterheck 05:59, 25 June 2008 (EDT)

Add another Join this meeting button, when you press join this meeting, you have to fill out a lot of stuff, but you're not yet joined, many people think they've already joined just by pressing the link. Also people usually don't fill out the details when joining the meeting, so it would make sense to put a join this meeting button on the top of the page. - Opspin

13. Add a line of text which tells the organizers to make a CouchSearch for the intended receipients before they start to fill in the meeting page - birgit

Improvements for ambassadors

1. Make all meeting invitation messages for public meetings readable regardless of whether or not an amb is an organizer, so they can help and give advice to the actual organizers - Walterheck 05:59, 25 June 2008 (EDT)
2. Have an accessible archive of past sent messages to check prior to mass mailing approval, to avoid sending the same invitations again and again (we can use the existing button 'view existing messages' adding sent messages to pending ones) - Flapic
3. Have a list of previous meetings organizers, so it would be easy to contact somebody with experience (especially when trying to do a multi-city meeting.) - Aquiles Carattino

Improvements for Nomadic Ambassadors
