This feature is an Implemented Request. This means it was previously on the Requests for Enhancement page
and has now been implemented in its entirety.
Date is always displayed the American way.
Contents |
Why?
- This is inconvenient for members used to other formats
- It's causing confusion, i. e.: 1/3 = first of march or third of january?
Where?
- Meetings
- Groups
How?
- Adding an option to the personal preferences for different date formats. As we know the home of every couchsurfer, it could be filled by default with the matching regional format.
OR
- Linking Date to the chosen language version of CS
Who wants it
- Everyone not used to the American way of date format ...
