Corcovado National Park
This park is perhaps the most beautiful national park in Costa Rica. It has been described by National Geographic as the "most biologically intense place on earth". It is one of the remaining primary tropical rainforests left on the American Pacific coast.
Located in the remote Osa Peninsula, it has a protected area of 425 square kilometers.
