- Participated in house discussion and email debate about how we can be better Collective participants.
- Made changes to rewards system proposal based on feedback.
- Caught up on group posts, and posted about rewards system.

- Transcribed participate reorg meeting into form Joe can use to add to website.

- Gave Kristin a lesson on complex CSS techniques
- Had meeting with Leo and Hungrysteve about consolidating and reorganizing the volunteeer/participate pages.
- Dec 19
- created a proposal for reorganizing the site map and the top-bar navigation. The proposal also included changes to the content of each page with the goal of keeping members more informed about the community and how to participate more.
- created a proposal for a rewards system for CS volunteers and donors with the goal of meeting the immediate need for increased donations. The proposal included how awards would be managed, displayed, and promoted.
- created a proposal for a system to find the most qualified people in our large pool of potential volunteers by asking them to create wiki pages.
