Real Name: Peter Watts
Peter Watts was born in Bournemouth, on the south coast of England in 1968. In 1987 he moved to London to study Microbiology at University College London, and then worked first as a Clinical Virologist and then a Biomedical Scientist in Virology at University College Hospitals diagnosing diseased caused by human viruses.
Peter recently left the Virology profession to take up a passion for photography full time, specializing in panoramic photography. He established Panoramic Earth in 2006 as a means of displaying panoramas. The site relaunched in 2007 linking panoramas to Google maps and opened up to contributions from anyone who does 360° panoramas.
