City Ambassador

• Moderation of the city groups. Just so that you will know, this is not a requirement, and not an entitlement. You should send a note to the person(s) who moderate the group that you are interested in and let them know that you are interested and would like to have the chance. That's the best way to learn and participate well.

Country Ambassador

• Create the local "Emergency Couch List" available for traveling members in your region.

• Initiate, create, design and conduct regional and national meetings in their country.

• Can suggest city ambassadors in their country. These recommendations are then reviewed and commented on by Global AMBs and then sent to Ambassador Management Team for final approval and the initiation of the training process.

• Participate in the City Ambassador Certification and Renewal Process, which is annual.

Global Ambassadors

• Contribute opinions, research and completes due diligence on all levels of AMB applications. Principally responsible for larger geographic areas, (i.e. 'Scandinavia'.)
• Coordination of global efforts in communication and events.
• Usually a team leader or senior member of a volunteer group

Application Process

Would you like to consider joining the CS family as an Ambassador? This is a unique and challenging position that will require tact, diplomacy, some politics (we are all human after all!) and a real understanding of who we are, why we do what we do, and how. You are welcome to apply, the link is on the Community Tab on the top row.

There may be times that you cannot enter an application. This means that AMT has shut down the service. We may be in the middle of renewals, creating and serving education programs, etc. Please be patient! When we are ready for applications, we will announce it to the whole of the membership, so no one will miss the chance to apply that wish so. The criteria to become an AMB will be there for you to consider.
