Talk:Transparency guidelines
The CouchSurfing Wiki, an informal workspace which anyone can edit.
Note that the guideline does not require the leadership team to document their internal discussions, or to document individual team member’s position on an issue. This allows the leadership to brainstorm and strategize internally, then release well thought out decisions and documents reached through team consensus.
To what extent are the project leaders able to see this information? Is the leadership team is to be making decisions on some technically speaking minor issues that can be done in a matter of hours but the decision-making lasts a month or more (as I've seen happening on many occasions) or will these decisions be delegated to the project leader. (How current is this document, will the role of project leaders still exist in the finalized version?) Anu 09:32, 14 April 2007 (EDT)
