Second Chance

I had an idea yesterday. It goes like this: it would be like a second chance icon. Imagine this: someone signup to CS. they have a first expirience, and they get for some reason a negative reference. Most probably only having one negative reference, they will never get someone to host or surf again. Most people would delete their profiles and start again (this actually happens). But what if we could use (for only once time) a Second Chance. If you ask for a second chance all your references are lost (both positive and negative) And you get a second chance icon in your profile. This way someone can see you had some kind of trouble, but you are trying to start over. If someone with a second chance icon receives a negative reference again, then it will be likely to loose all reputation left. This is only a draft right now.
