Advising, in what way? Whose dream? Professionalism is good but have to make sure whatever outsider advisers we have know what Couchsurfing is all about - best experienced as a surfer / host. It's very important not to lose the community voice if outside experts are heard. Best time to start including the community into these discussions about the future of CS is right now, and that should happen in the groups.
