Region Coordinators

Please note that the CouchSurfing organizational structure is still in flux. The position described below is only a preposed position, and may not end up being a part of the final org structure. When the org structure is finalized, this article may be altered or deleted.
The new CS Region Coordinators could take care of all people related issues in their region but their main focus is to find and define CS Country Coordinators. They can take care of people that have no Country Coordinator or have problems with them. One of their main job is also to coordinate on region level and keep an eye on equal standards of CS in their region. They have to communicate mainly with CS Country Coordinators to coordinate CS activities in their region.
Region Coordinators have the possibilities of all Country Coordinators in their region.
The job, function and possibilities of this position is very similar if not equal than the current Admins but limited to Regions and all people within that region.
