The Randstad has a dense railway network. The larger cities often have over 5 train stations, and numerous local transport networks.

• Amsterdam - Utrecht : 30 minutes
• Amsterdam - The Hague : 45 minutes
• The Hague - Utrecht : 45 minutes
• The Hague - Rotterdam : 20 minutes

Driving in the Randstad during rush hours is discouraged as there are a lot of traffic jams. Public transport will usually get you around quicker
