New features that have passed the beta-test phase and have been released recently:

December 16: We're openly using revision numbers There's a small "bug?" link in the bottom of the screen, which takes you to our Bug Tracker and fills in revision, url and browser info.
Nice URLs
Icon groupings: looking at your profile you can see icons are a bit re-grouped, hopefully more meaningfully. You can still choose if you want all of yours shown by editing your profile preferences.
You can now change your username yourself, but only every three months
Linking to Servers Down page on the wiki when main servers are down to point users towards other servers if possible, and give an explanation of the problem whenever possible
Your home page got a facelift - feel free to voice an opinion in the Brainstorm group
Polls are now available throughout the site, but only to group moderators until they enable poll creation for their members. An announcement will be made soon in the forthcoming CS newsletter. Discussion about the polls, including ideas for future enhancements can take place in the discussion group for polls.

Icon boxes got a new layout - this was a bug but actually looked better than with boxes ;) - feel free to voice an opinion in the Brainstorm group
Welcome page got a new layout
We now show the designation icon after someone has been vouched ONCE.
You can now announce meetings to org structure groups
All sorts of back-end things to make developer work smoother
