Participatory

- My definition of participatory: including anyone who wants to take part, however minor it may be, and even without them having the proper "connections". This can't really happen by putting in place rigid and non-inclusive practices. It should not be a battle of egos on who has the power to decide what moves forward, it's the ideas and their development that should count (by default, believing anyone who pitches in with ideas does not mean them to harm CS).
