- Need to work by pairs : one moderator and one secretary for each workshop
- Obviously lead or take notes about at least one workshop
- Need to attend the Collective at least for the length of the workshop they are responsible for
- Need to make sure the work done goes in the right direction
- Write daily reports and documents stating achieved results
- At least the moderator meets daily with the Paris Collective Project Manager
- They will be required to arrive at the Collective one day before start at the latest (or on Saturday before the week when they will moderate) so they can get trained face to face and explained their tasks, goals, etc. for their workshops. Good moderation is essential to the effectiveness of workshops and achievement of results. This should not be taken for granted and need to be taken care of.
