Before the Collective:
- Search and decide where the Collective will be held
- General planning of the Collective
During the Collective:
- Make sure the planning is respected
- Solve all problems about general organization
- Take the final decision in every case
After the Collective:
- Write a report about the Collective (good and bad aspects, best practices to be kept, achievements and to do’s, ...) and communicate this towards all the rest of the CS community
