Three locals and a few international persons

Before the Collective:

• Search and decide where the Collective will be held
• General planning of the Collective

During the Collective:

• Make sure the planning is respected
• Solve all problems about general organization
• Take the final decision in every case

After the Collective:

• Write a report about the Collective (good and bad aspects, best practices to be kept, achievements and to do’s, ...) and communicate this towards all the rest of the CS community
