Paris Collective Head of the Information Centre / Welcome Wagon Manager

- Responsible for keeping and updating a little database of all CSC attendants. The CS Paris organization team is already under the process of building such a database of Parisian members which could easily get further extended to all volunteers preparing the CSC then to participants themselves. Such a database could give quic access to who is currently at the Collective, who was and left, who is expected to come, what their skills are, etc.

- Responsible at any given time to give tours, pieces of information, hand out information booklets, introduce new members

- In his/her absence, MUST find a replacement person ; the Welcome Wagon should never be closed but in the middle of the night so ideally 2 or more persons would be in charge
