- Cost control for collective includes budgeting

- Finds efficient ways to stay under cost and get discounts for CS

- This position needs to be held by someone highly trusted since he/she will be dealing with CS and the couchsurfers’ money and valuable items

- Holds limited access to a secure area where couchsurfers can get their money and valuables to be stored

- In charge of receiving donations and storing them, plus ideally register those in the system e.g. send people emails to thank them and put the donations icon on their profile ASAP
