- In charge of accountability for the whole CSC

- Makes sure everyone respects the set goals, objectives and deadlines :

o before the CSC while getting it organised ;

o during it ;

o after while gathering, analysing and editing the feedback and lessons learned from the CSC

- Should rather be an ‘outsider’ that is not currently attending to the CSC so he/she will remain unbiaised
