Current Major Bugs

• The email delivery system is still not working 100%. Some members do not get emails delivered to their personal inboxes in a timely manner, or even at all. That means if you are requesting a couch someone may never know you've sent them a message. This bug has been reported since August 15th 2007 and is still not resolved. Bugtracker link

• When creating groups, group moderatorship isn't automatically assigned to the group creator. You need to send us a contact us note to let us know you need to become the moderator.

• "Wants to go" locations on profile are sometimes not updated.

• Temporary passwords sometimes do not work. Your password will not be reset if you have deleted your account. If you have any password problems, please contact us.

Workarounds for some Bugs

• Not staying logged in: check keep me logged in option below password field.

• Not being able to log OUT: try deleting all cookies (should be under your browser options) and relaunching the browser (might not help in all cases)

• Some locations are missing or cities are mapped to wrong states. See the Wrong locations page which ones and what you can do. Note: these are currently being worked on by Casey and most of them should be fixed soon.

• Password retrieval is sometimes not working. If this happens, you need to let an Admin know.
