Request for Participation and Insider Information

I'm trying to compile a comprehensive list of free or very low-cost (possibly sliding-scale or donation-based) health clinics around the world, as a resource for travelers. I'd like to focus more on physical health, than mental health. This includes:

• dentists
• general practitioners (doctors)
• sexually transmitted disease testing clinics
• massage therapy treatment centers (possibly? if you find free massage places... awesome)
• free public saunas (or amazingly low-cost ones like the one near vondelpark, amsterdam)

... anything else you might think is appropriate.

In many first-world European countries, there are free or low-cost centers that locals may know about but common travelers do not. Sharing this information and making a public directory could (will!) be a huge resource.

• NHS Direct Self Help - or call 0845 46 47 (yes, this number is short)
• Local NHS Services Search includes Walk-in Centres. Note that you normally have to be registered with GP's in advance and that they normally only offer services to residents.
• MediCentre is in addition to the NHS and lists centres which offer health services.
