Collectives feedbacks
The CouchSurfing Wiki, an informal workspace which anyone can edit.
Collectives are a recent idea. As a community, we can feel the importance of the Collectives. Therefore we want to keep organizing Collectives all over the world. To be as efficient as possible in the Collectives to come, we need as much feedback as possible.
Please tell us your experiences, how you felt living at the Collective or from home. What are the pros and cons? What are issues that we can improve?
Montréal 2006
- I wasn't there. What I hear is that on a social level it was fascinating. It interested people to volunteer more for CouchSurfing, helped build up the community and increased members' interest in Montreal area.--BeitoTalk CS 17:41, 6 December 2006 (EST)
- From an efficient point of view, the crash brought people together and CSC2 was launched, but from 'outside' the Collective we couldn't feel that that many changes had been made. Maybe there was a lack of communication with the community? --BeitoTalk CS 17:41, 6 December 2006 (EST)
