Collective Meeting on Monday 19 March 2007 at 21:00, 22 The Cliffs, Nelson New Zeland

Consensus: Weekly house meetings will take place at approximately 7pm at The Cliffs at the same time as dinner. So Sunday cooks please take note, please prepare dinner for 7pm.

Jim: Happy.

Callum: Happy.

Josh: 2 people should be on dishes each night. All agreed.

Diane: Happy.

Eric: Happy.

Anu: I'm happy to help in the kitchen. Happy.

Andrew: Happy.

Bill: Happy.

Chris: If anyone would like to help with some content for the fundraising kit, please contact Chris. Bill and Bridget expressed interest. Chris mentioned that we like the daily emails.

Brett: Commended people on helping out around the house. Film is coming along well, thanks to Josh & Leo for acting. Happy.

Leo: A high end brand creator agreed to do some pro-bono work for CS. Leo has a DVD on non-violent communication if we would like to watch it. Interest expressed by some people. Tuesday evening suggested. Agreed.

Kristen: Happy.

Bridget: Status checkers, there are a number of responsibilities in this position. Everyone should let Bridget know before using the cars. The white car should be used first, the blue car if the white car is not available. Chores are on a continual basis, not just once weekly.

All: Discussion on blog versus wiki. It was agreed a further meeting would take place after the main meeting for those interested. All agreed that the agreement from that meeting would carry.

Callum: Should somebody be responsible for orienteering new arrivals with the house and how the collective works. Chris volunteered. All agreed.

Bill: Could we look at improving the content about what people are doing at the collective, what people can do, and so on. A meeting was set for 12:00 noon tomorrow. All welcome.
