OK, I have this idea that a lot of things don't need a teacher to teach them. Instead, it only requires a group of people who are interested in trying it together. Learn by doing, teach each other as you go. I only know how to explain it with an example so here goes:

I want to learn to paint. I don't think it would be very cool to have someone show me how to paint, for me that wouldn't do me any good and would be boring. Instead, what would be sweet is to learn to paint with some other people who want to learn. Then share the experiences. If 1 person tries to paint the ocean, they will try different strokes to figure out what makes a cool ocean look. Eventually they will find one that works for them and stick with it. If 5 people try to paint the ocean, each might find a different stroke that creates a cool but different ocean look. That is 5 cool different ocean looks. They share that experience with each other and now each knows 5 different ways to paint cool oceans. Super Sweet! So that is the idea. Shared learning experiences.
