Places to Listen to Live Music
- Parc des Princes: live music every night except Sundays. Near the Tour d'Afrique in Faladié neighbourhood. Entrance around 2000CFA on weekends. Indoors, with couches.
- Foyer de l'Air: The canteen for the airforce. At the Rond point de la Paix by the Pont du Roi Fadh. Entry free, live music most nights. Outdoor garden venue.
- Espace Bouna: Live music Tuesdays and Thursdays. Entry free. Outdoor garden venue. Located in ACI 2000 neighbourhood, near Hotel Residence Bouna but it is not the same place. On the road to Lafiabougou
- Le Diplomat: Live music on weekends. Nice outdoor venue. Free entry, also serves food including wood oven pizzas. A bit classier than the other places mentioned. Toumani Diabaté plays here from time to time. In Korofina neighbourhood on the Route de Koulikoro.
- Savanna: Just down the street from Le Diplomat. Free entry, live music on weekends, karaoke on Sundays. Also serves a full menu. The classiest (and most expensive) of the places listed.
- Djembé: In Lafiabougou, entry about 1000-2000CFA on weekends.

Centre Culturel Français- often has concerts and other cultural performances. Also has the Patio Bar/Restaurant with good, reasonably priced food and sometimes live entertainment.
