Addicted to CouchSurfing and Internet

Some of us spend way to much time on the internet and less traveling. I think it would be a good idea to talk about this issue and maybe resolve and encourage others to travel instead. Sometimes excuses or pushing the event/travel at a later time but later turns into never.
If you are an addict, it would be a great article if one can do a time-line of from waking up in the morning till sleep time, their typical day, maybe sites they go to and what they do. This can be annonymous and would be an interest to the ones that might share similar issue or the ones that do not have this issue.
Some of us do not have jobs, or work from home and no need for extras so we just browse the net?

Per say, yesterday I spent most of the day looking at Flash based site that is based for graphic design/photography that you only needed to edit a xml file and it was a very very cool site where you can add bio, description, and the menu would come out of the top right side w/drop downs, I still haven't found the darn site and it is much much better than the simpleviewer script/site.
